Job Summary:
Manage or assist with management of Capital and System funded construction, renovation and maintenance projects. Create construction Bid Document Packages for building and campus upgrades necessary to maintain 70 buildings. Perform architectural design and construction administration duties for a broad array of campus projects.
Authority and Accountability:
This position will report to the Director of Architecture and Engineering Services and does not supervise any employees. This position does not have budgetary responsibility.
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Five years of prior capital project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR eight years of capital project management experience
- Project Management Professional certification or equivalent
- Project estimating and scheduling skills and proficiency with AutoCAD
- Building Code knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed architect or engineer in Maryland

The position is a full-time, exempt state role with comprehensive benefits.
