How you’ll contribute
Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errorsAbility to formulate an individualized plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment, and evaluation overall plan daily for effectiveness.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, provider, patient and family following chain of command as appropriate.
Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient protecting patient's rights.
What we’re looking for:
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
BLS Required
ACLS Preferred
- 1 year Cath Lab experience required
- Call rotation required
- On Call Required
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
