Basic computer skills required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
License: C.N.A. certification through the Arkansas Office of Long-Term Care, preferred not required.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred, CPR preferred.
Essential Functions:
Participates in planning and implementing daily activities for patients
Reports relevant patient information to the Registered Nurse for evaluation,
intervention and documentation
Monitors the patients during use of potentially hazardous equipment
Assists in admission process of the patient, which includes the inspection, and proper care of all patients' clothing and property, orientation of the patient to the unit and the program
Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine patients' needs
