Positions Available

Full-Time Day Shift
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Full-Time Night Shift
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Compensation

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$30.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Additional Pay

• $3.00/hour Night Shift Differential

• $2.00/hour Weekend Differential

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time Only, Paid Out Over One Year)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care while ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and safety

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Assist with resident assessments and individualized care planning

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the Registered Nurse and healthcare team

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants

• Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

• Strong clinical judgment and observational skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
