Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salinas, CA, for a Treatment Coordinator. The Treatment Coordinator will work closely with patients to develop and present treatment plans, discuss financial options, and coordinate insurance benefits. They will serve as a primary point of contact for patients, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain clear and professional communication. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and understanding of dental procedures
- Knowledge and experience with Insurance processes, claims, and benefits
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with patients
- Understanding of Dental Care practices and general oral health procedures
- Organizational and time-management abilities to coordinate appointments efficiently
