Job Summary
Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Director of ROP and under the guidance of the assigned teacher or designee, assist students in an assigned instructional/vocational lab setting; monitor student operation of tools and equipment; control tools, equipment, and supplies. This position will be assisting in the AHS Building & Construction Trades classes.
Requirements / Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: - High school diploma or equivalent AND one of the following: --Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college or university OR --48 semester units from an accredited college or university OR --Take and pass the Salinas Union High School District's paraprofessional assessment Experience: -Any combination of training and experience that demonstrates the expertise and ability to perform the duties of the assigned classroom/lab
- Letter of Introduction (Must be on Word or PDF document - photos are not acceptable)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must attach three (3) letters of recommendation))
- Proof of HS Graduation (or GED NOTE: High School /GED Transcripts are acceptable)
