- POSITION SUMMARY
- Position Summary:
- This position is responsible for general maintenance activities at assigned locations. Performs rounds to monitor condition of buildings and equipment. Performs activities such as minor electrical, mechanical or plumbing, as well as painting and wall repair. Assists with grounds keeping. Completes assigned preventative maintenance activities. Performs ice and snow removal as needed.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Experience
- General maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Required Registration/License/Certification
- Valid driver’s license with clear driving record preferred

Schedule: Part Time, Day Shift, 8-4:30
