POSITION SUMMARY
Position Summary:
This position oversees the onboarding and provides daily leadership to SRHC registration staff. This position reviews all pre-admissions, admissions, and outpatient procedures/surgeries to provide complete and accurate financial information and documentation. Verifies and pre-certifies inpatients and outpatient services as defined by payers. The Insurance Verification Representative handles or represents customers of all ages.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
High School or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age
Minimum Experience
2-3 years in the Insurance Verification/Authorization Department
