This is more than a front office position. We're looking for someone who can connect with patients, build trust, communicate the value of comprehensive dental care, and help patients move forward with the treatment they need.
What You'll Do
- Build genuine relationships with patients and create an outstanding patient experience.
- Present treatment plans with confidence, compassion, and clarity.
- Help patients understand the benefits of recommended care.
- Discuss financing and payment options to remove barriers to treatment.
- Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment.
- Coordinate scheduling to maximize doctor productivity.
- Work closely with our clinical team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate
- Positive, outgoing, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable discussing finances and helping patients make informed decisions.
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dental treatment coordination experience is preferred, but exceptional customer service or sales experience will also be considered.
