Salimetrics is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Associate to support laboratory testing, manufacturing, quality control, and operational activities within our growing Operations & R&D team. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced scientific environment and are passionate about maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and operational excellence.
As a Laboratory Associate, you will perform a variety of technical tasks including sample processing, laboratory testing, manufacturing support, documentation, quality control activities, equipment operation, inventory management, and workflow coordination. Responsibilities may vary based on assignment but will focus on supporting reliable laboratory and manufacturing operations while following established procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and high-quality results. Experience in laboratory operations, manufacturing, quality systems, life sciences, or related technical environments is preferred.
