What You’ll Do
- Lead residential roofing projects from contract to completion
- Schedule crews, order materials, and control timelines
- Perform jobsite inspections and quality checks
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, sales, and production
- Identify issues early and solve them before they escalate
- Protect margins, brand reputation, and customer experience
