We’re hiring a Roofing Sales Rep ready to dominate commercial roofing, grow recurring revenue through service & maintenance contracts, and close high-value residential replacements.

This role is for someone who wants a career, not a side hustle — and wants to build a book of business that pays for years.

Compensation

• Base salary
• Uncapped commissions
• High performers earn $200K–$300K
• Monthly bonuses residuals on maintenance agreements
• Company is scaling → your pipeline grows every year

Your Day-to-Day

• Hunt for commercial opportunities across DFW
• Build relationships with:

Property managers

Commercial building owners

Multifamily operators

GC’s & facility managers

• Inspect roofs, document issues, and create proposals
• Sell:

Service contracts

Repairs

Re-roofs

Residential when needed (no door knocking required)

• Work closely with ops & field teams who actually execute
