Required Experience
- 3 years of experience implementing operational assessment findings to ensure progress in organizational model optimization occurs to effectively operationalize the duties and responsibilities of CISA as the National Coordinator for Security and Resilience of U.S. Critical Infrastructure by providing administrative, analytical, and operational support services.
- Proactively evaluate incoming correspondence to determine appropriate internal routing based on departmental subject-matter expertise and leadership priorities.
- Effectively coordinate directly with program managers, component heads, and administrative staff to deconflict task assignments and resolve writing or editing discrepancies prior to final package sign-off.
- Ability to provide recommendations and support to implement and optimize CISA’s operating model.
- Capable of leading the development, maintenance, and updates of process and procedures to deliver on operational requirements to include National Coordinator responsibilities.
- Demonstrated track record of drafting project management documentation to include project plans, implementation plans, timelines, and checklists for implementation progress.
- Hands-on experience drafting and recommending updates to CISA Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents that codify changes to operations and reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Clearance: DHS Suitability
