Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience in reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems.
- Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
- Expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Writes manual for users to describe installation and operating procedures.
- Experience with relational databases, client- server concepts, UNIX/LINUX, Microsoft, and Cloud Environments.
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Information Technology or similar degree.
- Required Clearance: DOE Q, Top Secret or equivalent.
