What you are responsible for:
- Leadership & Mentoring: Supervisors act as leaders by guiding and developing staff through mentorship. They are responsible for fostering professional growth within their team and creating an environment that encourages skill-building and knowledge transfer.

Managerial Support: While the supervisor's role may not include full managerial duties, they are entrusted with the oversight of day-to-day operations in the manager’s absence, ensuring continuity and stability within the department.

Expertise & Prioritization: A supervisor brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Coordination & Staff Education: Supervisors organize and oversee staff training, ensuring that both new and existing team members have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Must have graduated from an approved ARRT program.

Minimum of three years of responsible leadership experience, preferably in an imaging setting.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Current Registration by the ARRT (R)

Current CPR certification.
