Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Tampa, FL, for a Senior HubSpot Specialist. The role involves leading a 2 to 3 person team configuring and optimizing HubSpot for our insurance clients. Key responsibilities include client management, onboarding, training, and optimization, overseeing integrations, conducting performance analysis, and providing recommendations and more. This is not a marketing position, the Senior HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data management and alignment of our insurance sales, service, and data management strategies for the client.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in the entire HubSpot platform, including CRM, sales hub, service hub, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
- Experience working with clients to build HubSpot sales and/or service solutions.
- Insurance industry experience working preferred but not required.
- Experience working directly with clients as a lead support or integration specialist.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in utilizing data for performance enhancement and reporting.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to manage complex projects and resolve technical challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure alignment and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in team leadership or mentoring is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is strongly preferred.
