The experienced Staff Accountant will be a hands-on accounting professional who handles daily tasks and deploys critical thinking skills to make recommendations that improve the workings of the accounting department. Duties/Responsibilities:· Prepares bank reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner· Runs the daily posting process in the company software· Processes and analyzes all wire postings for vendors· Captures daily PayPal payments· Approves wires in banking application· Complies and shares daily sales numbers for all independent customers· Posts quarterly royalty entries into AP· Processes inventory reconciliations and adjustments· Reviews the backorder report and missing inventory report and investigates errors and prepares adjustments accordingly· Reviews and distributes corporate credit card reports and posts all bills· Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a MUST· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively· Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite· Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills Education and Experience:· College degree in accounting, or related field, required· Three to five years of accounting experience required· THIS ROLE IS ON-SITE IN NORWALK, CT 5 DAYS/WEEK Company DescriptionSalesone LLC is a 25-year young niche jewelry company supplying Body Jewelry, Men’s Jewelry, and Licensed jewelry and accessories to independent and chain retailers world-wide. Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
