SalesMail is a leading platform for personalized video outreach, helping teams connect with their audiences through quick, authentic video communication that builds trust, creates memorable experiences, and drives results.
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage and support a portfolio of mid and enterprise-tier client accounts
- Lead group and 1:1 client trainings on why SalesMail videos build trust and connection, and how to use the mobile app and portal to record and send videos that drive results.
- Inspire and motivate users to adopt and utilize SalesMail, helping them realize the full potential of the product
- Partner with corporate leaders to help clients get measurable value from SalesMail
- Perform quarterly business reviews
- Track client engagement and follow up using CRM tools
- Provide timely, thoughtful support and troubleshooting
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Customer-focused and highly organized
- Comfortable leading trainings and client conversations
- Strong with follow-through and time management
- Experienced in customer success, account management, or a client-facing SaaS role (preferred)
