We are currently hiring an Entry Level Event Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and excited to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, customer engagement, and leadership development.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the setup and execution of live event marketing campaigns and retail activations
- Engage with customers face-to-face to promote products, services, and current offers
- Represent client brands in a professional, high-energy environment
- Build relationships with customers and deliver a positive brand experience
- Work alongside team members to develop communication and marketing skills
- Support event logistics including displays, materials, and booth setup
- Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing strategy and leadership development
- Track campaign performance, customer interactions, and daily goals
- Take on increased responsibility and leadership opportunities as you grow
