What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote - Full-Cycle Business Development Representative (BDR/AE) position at SalesHive?
We’re hiring a high-energy, self-driven BDR / AE hybrid to join our growing team at SalesHive.
This is a full-cycle sales position focused on driving new business from first touch through close.
You’ll be responsible for generating your own pipeline while also working some inbound opportunities, owning deals end-to-end, and directly impacting revenue growth.
Roughly 70–80% of your focus will be outbound pipeline generation, with the remaining time spent running opportunities and closing business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and generating new business through outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Managing the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → demo → close
- Handling inbound leads and converting them into revenue
- Building and maintaining your own pipeline consistently
- Running consultative sales conversations with mid-market and enterprise prospects
- Collaborating with leadership to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
What We’re Looking For - 3 years of experience in BDR, or Account Executive roles (B2B required)
- Proven ability to generate your own pipeline and close deals
- Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills
- Confidence running discovery calls and sales conversations
- Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
