Healthy cash flow is viewed by the investment community as both an efficiency and financial measure, and it is a component of our stock price. It also funds operating expenses as well as investments in research and development, enabling us to fuel growth.

In this role, you will manage an assigned Enterprise portfolio and drive process improvement across all market segments within collections. You will also support non-standard collection efforts through M&A, AWS, Mulesoft, Tableau and more, positioning yourself as a go-to expert for both core and specialty collections.

  • Perform collection activities in line with Salesforce's policies and processes, including executing account suspensions on delinquent accounts, providing suspended account details to the Write-Off and Bad Debt team, and contributing to process improvement projects as assigned.
