Outside Sales Representative (Washington & Oregon)
Full-Time | Territory-Based | $100K Base Bonuses
A long-established leader in flexible packaging distribution is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative / Territory Manager to expand market presence across Washington and Oregon. With more than five decades of industry success, this organization combines the agility of a small company with the resources, product breadth, and national footprint of a large one. As they continue their next phase of growth, they are investing heavily in the Pacific Northwest and seeking a high-performing hunter to own and scale a high-potential territory.
Preferred home base:
Yakima, Tri-Cities, Spokane, or surrounding areas.
Travel:
~50% , with significant in-territory customer time.
About the Role
This is a true outside sales position focused primarily on self-generated business (80%). You'll be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities, developing new accounts, and managing existing relationships across industries such as:
- Agriculture & horticulture
- Food processing
- Industrial manufacturing
- Mining & bulk commodities
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across WA & OR
- Prospect, cold-call, and build new client relationships in key verticals
- Manage and expand existing accounts to maximize retention and wallet share
- Partner with leadership to forecast, plan, and target strategic opportunities
- Utilize CRM tools (D365 experience a plus) to track pipeline and activity
- Represent the company with professionalism, consultative value, and long-term partnership orientation
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: ~$100,000
- Bonuses/Incentives: Additional $10,000–$20,000 annually
- Commission:
- 2% on new accounts for first 2 years (then 1% ongoing)
- 1% on managed accounts

Who You Are
- 5 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Background in flexible packaging, industrial supplies, or related manufacturing strongly preferred
- Proven track record of cold-calling, hunting, and territory development
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working autonomously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Must reside within the territory; Washington candidates strongly preferred
