THE ROLE
In the role of Outside Sales Representative / Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business development and cultivating strong client relationships within your designated territory in Southwest Washington. Your mornings will be dedicated to prospecting and booking appointments, while your afternoons will be spent out in the field. The goal is to complete a minimum of 15 client visits weekly. This is a high-energy, fast-paced sales position ideal for someone who excels at closing deals quickly and fostering long-term business partnerships. While you'll receive in-depth training and a reliable sales framework, your success will ultimately be fueled by your drive, perseverance, and ability to thrive in short sales cycles.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
We’re seeking individuals who offer:
- A bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- A proven track record of sales achievement—bonus points for a brag book or industry awards
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset—especially valued from those with experience in industrial sales, merchant services, or small-business sales
- Confidence in handling rejection and the resilience to persist
THE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $65,000
- Car Allowance: $500 per month, plus a gas card
- Commission: Paid quarterly, with expected first-year total compensation around $100K and potential to surpass $150K in the second and third years
