THE JOB
The Branch Manager will lead the South Seattle operation with responsibility for sales, operations, people, fleet performance, customer relationships, and P&L. This is a true selling Branch Manager role. The right person will be comfortable leading the team, staying active with customers, growing the lease business, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the branch running effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch revenue, profitability, and local market growth
- Manage branch-level P&L and financial performance
- Lead, coach, and develop the branch team
- Stay active in sales, business development, and key customer relationships
- Grow the lease and rental business throughout the Seattle market
- Oversee fleet utilization, operations, logistics, delivery, and service
- Create accountability across sales and operations
- Identify opportunities to improve branch performance
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of management or branch leadership experience
- Direct people-management experience
- Experience managing or influencing a P&L
- Strong customer-facing sales and business development experience
- Experience leading both sales and operational priorities
- Background in equipment rental, modular buildings, construction equipment, industrial supply, fleet rental, material handling, or another asset-heavy B2B environment
- Strong business acumen with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style
