- Analytical skills to interpret recruiting and performance data, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with SaaS or technology platforms; ability to quickly learn system features and explain them to clients.
- Experience in sales, customer success, or account management, preferably in a B2B or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
