Your earning potential is uncapped and directly connected to your production, consistency, and ability to grow. Success in this role leads to well over a 6-figure income.

The opportunity includes:

• Commission-only compensation
• 300% First-Year Bonus opportunity (performance-based)
• Additional bonuses of up to $11,000
• Monthly and annual production bonuses for up to 3 years
• Long-term contract value and retirement equity
• The ability to sell service and commission rights in the future
