Pinnacle Windows & Restoration is a Colorado-based leader in residential insurance restoration, specializing in windows, doors, and exterior systems.
We are not a retail sales company. Our focus is insurance-based projects, working directly with homeowners and carriers to restore properties following loss events such as hail, wind, and other covered damages.
Our team operates with a strong emphasis on process, communication, and accountability, delivering high-quality outcomes through coordination, not one-off transactions.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative who understands—or is motivated to learn—the insurance restoration process and can confidently guide homeowners through it.
This role is responsible for managing projects from inspection through contract execution, with a strong focus on insurance claim alignment, accurate scoping, and professional field representation.
Core ResponsibilitiesClient & Project Management

Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and project scope

Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process

Guide customers through claim-related workflows and expectations

Maintain consistent communication from first contact through contract
Insurance-Focused Sales Execution

Work directly with insurance adjusters to align scope and pricing

Identify missing scope, supplements, and code-required items

Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts

Close restoration projects in alignment with approved claim scope
Business Development

Generate new opportunities through prospecting and networking

Build relationships with roofers, contractors, and insurance-related partners

Represent Pinnacle professionally in the field and community
Internal Coordination

Follow company processes for lead intake, documentation, and handoff

Ensure all job data (photos, notes, measurements) is complete and accurate

Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth project execution
Performance Expectations

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate pipeline and job documentation

Demonstrate strong follow-through and communication discipline

Operate within company processes and chain of command

1 year of outside sales experience (restoration, roofing, or construction preferred)

Experience with or willingness to learn insurance-based sales processes

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must be comfortable safely using ladders and performing exterior inspections up to three stories high

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation-
Base Salary: $40,000

Uncapped Commission Structure

Earnings are performance-based and may vary depending on storm activity, claim volume, territory opportunities, referral relationships, and individual production

Significant income potential is available for self-driven representatives who build strong industry partnerships, maintain a consistent pipeline, and develop a long-term book of business
Pinnacle provides the field tools, technology, and branded resources necessary for our sales team to operate professionally, efficiently, and with minimal out-of-pocket expense while representing the company.
Company-issued resources may include items such as a cell phone, laptop, gas card, branded apparel, vehicle magnetic signage, measuring tools, inspection tools, ladder, basic hand tools, and other field-support equipment as needed for the role.
All company-issued equipment is provided for business use and must be properly maintained and returned upon request or separation from employment.
