As an Experienced Life Insurance Agent, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their life insurance needs. You will own the entire sales process, from initial outreach and needs assessment to presenting tailored solutions and closing deals. This role demands a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to client success.

• Conduct independent prospecting to identify potential clients.
• Engage with prospective clients via phone and video calls to understand their financial protection needs.
• Develop and present customized life insurance proposals.
• Manage your sales pipeline effectively from lead generation to closing.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through professional and empathetic communication.
• Stay current with product offerings and industry best practices.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment.

This commission-only role offers substantial earning potential. Experienced agents can expect to earn between $75,000 and $150,000 annually, with uncapped opportunities for high performers.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Possess a valid Life and Health Insurance license.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting and closing.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated success in building rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline.
