As a Solar Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in learning more about solar and smart home solutions.

• Go door-to-door in local neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to Suntria's solar solutions
• Create conversations, generate interest, and identify qualified homeowners
• Set high-quality appointments for our closing team
• Build rapport and establish trust quickly with homeowners
• Educate potential customers on solar energy, energy savings, and the benefits of solar
• Develop valuable skills in outside sales, lead generation, prospecting, and customer communication
• Learn the renewable energy and smart home industries while working alongside an experienced sales team
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment

You don't need years of solar experience to succeed here. We're looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to improve.

This is a 100% commission-based sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

• $70,000–$125,000 expected first-year earnings
• Upfront AND backend commissions
• $1,000 monthly vehicle allowance
