What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing and outreach
• Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar
• Present customized solar solutions that meet customer needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with prospects and guide them through the sales process
• Track territory performance and manage your own pipeline

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a competitive mindset
• Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and face-to-face selling
• Goal-oriented with a desire to earn high commissions
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
