Position Overview
We are hiring experienced Door-to-Door Sales Closers who can take a homeowner from initial conversation to signed solar agreement.
This is a full-cycle role where you will:
- Generate your own opportunities through door knocking
- Conduct in-home consultations
- Present customized solar solutions
- Close high-value deals
This role is ideal for individuals who:

What You’ll Do
Door-to-Door Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Canvass residential neighborhoods daily
- Identify qualified homeowners
- Set and run your own appointments
In-Home Sales & Closing
- Conduct consultations with homeowners
- Educate on:
- Energy savings and cost reduction
- Solar system benefits and incentives
- Financing and ownership options
- Present customized solar proposals
- Handle objections and close deals on-site
Full-Cycle Pipeline Management
- Manage deals from first contact → consultation → close
- Follow up to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain consistent daily activity and performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in:
- Door-to-door sales (REQUIRED)
- Solar, roofing, alarms, or high-ticket sales (preferred)
- Strong ability to build trust and close confidently
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging homeowners daily
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline and consistency
- Resilient and able to handle rejection
Compensation & Earnings
- 100% Commission-Based (1099 Independent Contractor)
