What You’ll Do
- Go door-to-door using a proven, consultative sales approach
- Educate homeowners on pest control services and tailored solutions
- Build rapport and confidently guide conversations
- Track daily activity and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and field coaching
Compensation & Earning Potential
- $1,000–$2,500 per week based on performance
- Uncapped commission — no income ceiling
