We are seeking motivated, competitive, and growth-driven individuals to join our summer sales team as Route Managers in Houston.
Position Overview
As a Route Manager, you will be responsible for generating new residential pest control accounts through door-to-door sales. This is a high-energy, performance-based role designed for individuals who want to maximize their earning potential, develop elite sales skills, and build lasting character.

Compensation & Incentives
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $40,000–$60,000 (commission-based)
- $20,000 bonus for selling 200 accounts
- Fully furnished housing provided for the summer

Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new customers through door-to-door outreach
- Educate homeowners on the value of Moxie's pest control services
- Close sales and manage customer accounts
