Position Overview

We are hiring experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to drive customer acquisition in residential markets.

This is a high-activity, field-based role where you will:

• Knock doors daily
• Pitch a fast, high-converting solar offer
• Generate and close deals

This role is NOT for beginners.
We are specifically looking for reps with at least 6 months of door-to-door sales experience.

Ideal backgrounds include:

• Home security / alarms

What You’ll Do

Sales & Closing

• Present the solar offering in a simple, high-converting format
• Highlight savings, energy security, and incentives
• Handle objections and close deals on the spot or set strong appointments

Performance & Pipeline

• Maintain high daily activity (doors, conversations, closes)
• Track performance and improve conversion rates
• Follow up to maximize deal flow

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of door-to-door sales experience (REQUIRED)
• Background in solar, fiber, pest control, or alarms (preferred)
• Strong communication and pitch delivery skills
• Ability to work at a high pace and high volume
• Resilient, competitive, and results-driven

Compensation & Earnings

• 100% Commission-Based (1099)
• Uncapped earning potential
• High commissions per deal performance bonuses

Typical earnings:

• $100,000 – $250,000 annually
