Position Overview

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will generate leads, set appointments, and close residential window projects within assigned territories. This is a full-cycle field sales role where your effort directly determines your earnings.

You’ll represent The Cool Windows Guys professionally, engage homeowners face-to-face, and create opportunities that drive company growth and personal income.

What You’ll Do

Prospect & Generate Leads

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce our services
• Engage homeowners in professional, high-energy conversations
• Identify needs and create interest in window upgrades

Set & Run Appointments

• Schedule consultations with qualified homeowners
• Present window solutions and explain product benefits
• Handle objections confidently and ethically

Close & Drive Revenue

• Deliver persuasive presentations
• Follow up consistently to secure contracts
• Hit and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets

Personal Development

• Participate in daily sales training and team meetings
• Learn objection handling, psychology, and closing frameworks
• Develop leadership skills for future advancement
