Uncapped Earning Potential
- 20% commission on Solar & Roofing deals for your first 4 closed sales
- Increases to 50% commission after your first 4 deals
- $100 per sit appointment (no limit)

What You’ll Do

- Set qualified appointments for Solar & Roofing Sales Consultants
- Engage homeowners professionally in retail and community settings
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar and roofing solutions
- Represent the WindMar brand with integrity and professionalism
- Track appointments accurately and follow company systems
You create the opportunity — our sales consultants handle the close.
