Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Probate, Guardianship, and Estate Planning. This role is designed for a highly organized professional who thrives in a "team-first" culture and can manage complex legal workflows with precision and close client interaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end workflow for Probate and Guardianship cases.
- Prepare, proofread, and finalize legal documents for Estate Planning.
- Prepare and understand complex guardianship and estate accountings.
- Handle daily time entry for billing and review entries for accuracy and reasonableness.
- Provide strong client service and communication in line with ethical rules (confidentiality, ethical billing, prohibition of unauthorized practice of law)
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture, assisting with office needs as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in estate planning, probate, and guardianship paralegal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Practice Panther) a plus
- Familiarity with Westlaw Form Builder and probate/guardianship procedures
- Experience with Wealth Counsel or similar estate planning software preferred
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute and notarize documents
- Experience preparing guardianship and estate accountings required
- Understanding of ethical rules governing paralegal practice
- Excellent time management and communication skills
