Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $170,000 - $225,000 with performance-based production bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and assess overall ocular health.
- Diagnose and manage conditions such as glaucoma, AMD, and diabetic retinopathy.
- Co-manage surgical cases including cataract, LASIK, and other procedures.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and provide patient education on vision care.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
- Travel to affiliated nearby clinics as needed.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and patient-first approach.
- Willingness to travel between local partner sites.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in surgical co-management.
- Familiarity with EHR platforms.
