Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Holds a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
- Licensed or license-eligible to practice optometry in the state of Illinois

- Delivers care with a patient-first mindset, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and dependable, with a willingness to travel between affiliated local partner sites as needed
