Are you passionate about luxury products, design, international business, and relationship-driven sales?


We are partnering with a highly respected luxury lifestyle brand with nearly a century of heritage, craftsmanship, and excellence. As the company continues to expand its global footprint, we are seeking an International Account Executive to drive growth across international retail, interior design, hospitality, and luxury home markets.


This is a unique opportunity to represent a premium brand recognized worldwide for quality, innovation, and timeless design while building relationships with some of the most influential retailers, designers, and business partners across the globe.


The Opportunity

Reporting directly to senior sales leadership, this highly visible role combines strategic account management, business development, market expansion, and luxury brand representation.

The ideal candidate is polished, entrepreneurial, and relationship-focused, with experience navigating luxury markets and managing sophisticated client relationships.


What You'll Be Doing

International Account Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of established international accounts.
  • Develop strategic plans to increase revenue, market share, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct business reviews and collaborate with partners on long-term growth initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.


Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new opportunities across international markets.
  • Build relationships with luxury retailers, interior designers, hospitality groups, and high-end home brands.
  • Present new collections, product launches, and strategic initiatives to prospective clients.
  • Execute market expansion strategies aligned with company growth objectives.


Brand Representation

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador for a world-class luxury brand.
  • Deliver product education, training, and brand storytelling to partners.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings globally.
  • Ensure a consistent, elevated brand experience across all customer touchpoints.


Strategic Partnership & Analysis

  • Collaborate with leadership on territory planning and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity through Salesforce.
  • Provide forecasting and business insights that support continued expansion.


Qualifications

Required

  • 5 years of experience in international sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience within luxury home furnishings, textiles, interior design, hospitality, fashion, or related premium consumer industries
  • Proven success building and growing strategic client relationships
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed


Preferred

  • Existing relationships within luxury retail or interior design channels
  • Home textiles or luxury home furnishings experience
  • Hospitality industry experience
  • Fluency in Spanish or another language
  • Experience working with international distributors or retail partners
