Duties
- Conduct outbound messages to potential clients to generate interest in our services.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
- Engage in warm messaging to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from appointment generation to closing sales.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target audiences.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointments.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements for marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with sales and sales training products is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
