Responsibilities of the Customer Care Associate:
- Educate customers on available packages and assist with service enrollment to ensure a smooth enrollment process and close sales providing customer care along the way
- Represent AT&T and promote products and services to potential customers daily to drive brand awareness
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries about AT&T products and services
- Learn the ins and outs of the role to be able to expand into a full management role leading a team of individuals and managing customer accounts
- Connect with customers to ensure their satisfaction; Every member plays a crucial role in this mission, making our customers feel valued and integral to our success
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T services, pricing, and promotions
Qualifications for the Customer Care Associate position:
- Experience in customer service, sales, retail sales, representative position, leadership or related fields preferred but not required
- Detail oriented, adaptable and time management skills
- A problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multi-task and stay highly organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Driven to help customers with their service providing empathy and care
Customer Care Associate Overview:
This position is a full time employment position located in Corona, CA. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in aface to face role with customers and business owners.
- Pay: 100% commission - $70-$200 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their internet and wireless services
