Our team of 15 people (full-stack, IT Analysts, QA Tester, Odoo & IOS developers) is passionate about agile project management and open-source technologies, ensuring that we provide innovative digital solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
We are looking for an on-site Sales Representative (B2B, IT/Software) with experience in IT or software services to help expand our client base and promote SalesPipePro’s development and automation solutions. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, strategic, and comfortable discussing both technical and business aspects of digital transformation with clients.
Please note that you will be working per Miami time from 9 am to 6 pm, on-site.
As our Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Generating and qualifying leads for custom software development, business automation, and ERP implementation projects;
- Cold-calling leads using the CallTrackingMetrics telephony system;
- Presenting SalesPipePro’s solutions from custom web & mobile applications to Odoo-based ERP systems;
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with business owners and decision-makers;
- Understanding client needs, challenges, and workflows, and collaborating with our IT analysts and developers to shape the right solutions;
- Participating in client demos, preparing proposals, and supporting the full sales cycle from discovery to close;
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular updates on the pipeline and performance.
Your must-have qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in an IT outsourcing or software development company);
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and modern technology stacks;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (spoken and written);
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in lead generation and follow-up;
- Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, Florida. Our office is at 5553 Anglers Ave, Ste 101, Bldg 2, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Not necessarily, but will be a plus:
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, Salesforce, SAP, or similar);
- Background in IT, computer science, or business systems;
- Familiarity with automation, system integration, or SaaS sales.
