Valuetainment is the leading media company for entrepreneurship, leadership, and business education, reaching 57M subscribers and 10B views across platforms. We're hiring a Momentum Operator to take full ownership of our HubSpot environment.
This isn't a junior seat. You'll own the HubSpot instance end to end (admin, management, reporting, and control), bringing structure and governance to an environment that's scaled fast alongside the business.
You'll work closely with our Data team and Sales Managers, plugged into a stack that includes HubSpot, N8N, and Zapier.
What you'll own:
- Full administration of our HubSpot environment: configuration, data hygiene, and governance
- Lead management processes and integrations end to end
- Reporting and dashboards that give leadership a clear read on the business
- Establishing rules and standards across pipelines and automations
- Partnering with Data and Sales leadership to keep the environment reliable and scalable
What we're looking for:
- 3 years as a strong HubSpot admin, ideally in a RevOps seat
- Solid reporting chops and strong overall technical fluency (APIs, webhooks, AI tools)
- A self-starter who can diagnose and own the fix, not wait for one to be handed over
- Sales or marketing operations experience (you've supported sales teams, pipelines, or revenue workflows)
- Familiarity with N8N or Zapier
The support structure:
You won't be building this alone. We partner with Sales Momentum, a sales operations firm that specializes in migrating, implementing, and training sales operations. They'll work hand in hand with you through this initiative.

- In-person, Fort Lauderdale, FL office
- Hours: 9am–6pm ET
- Compensation: $110K–$145K OTE (base bonus), plus health benefits and PTO
