Customer Sales Trainee Responsibilities:
- Support sales growth through informative in-person introduction of client products and services within the local region.
- Develop meaningful, lasting customer relationships that build loyalty, repeat business, and long-term engagement.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information learned during Customer Sales Trainee training.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, and apply what you learn to grow within this entry-level opportunity.
- Keep accurate, detailed records of customer interactions to ensure consistency and personalized sales follow-ups.
- Serve as a trusted resource by showcasing product benefits and value, rather than relying on discounts.
