AT&T Enrollment Associate Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new customer and sales opportunities by connecting with customers regularly
- Stay current on all product and service offerings to be an expert at enrolling customers
- Develop and implement tailored sales solutions to meet customers needs
- Process sales orders for customers of the services they have shown interest in and inquired about
- Be thorough and answer all customers questions effectively to come up with a solution that ensures customer satisfaction and stays compliant with services
- Manage customers enrollment process with a focus on delivering value and ensuring sales satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams to focus on seamless execution of sales strategies that result in customer satisfaction
- Participate in structure development courses to expand and broaden skills in the AT&T Enrollment Associate role
AT&T Enrollment Associate Qualifications:
- Interest in sales, customer service, enrollment roles, or related previous roles is a plus
- Thrive in a competitive environment
- Connect with customers, actively listen, and present tailored sales solutions with confidence
- Easily adjust your approach based on customers needs
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Comfortable taking initiative and managing multiple priorities with a focus on delivering results
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
