As an Independent Sales Distributor, you’ll represent top brands in your region, manage your own sales team, and oversee field activity. You’ll receive detailed sales reporting, transparent commission tracking, and reliable payout systems.
This is a business-to-business partnership opportunity, ideal for experienced sales professionals or agency owners who have a proven track record in managing and motivating sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own sales operations and team structure
- Oversee customer engagement and closing activities
- Report daily/weekly results through the provided sales portal
- Ensure your team follows brand standards and compliance guidelines
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within your region
- Drive performance to achieve sales targets and earn monthly bonuses
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a sales team or distribution group
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Self-driven and able to manage business operations independently
