What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll help create new business opportunities for Sales Hatch and our clients. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, calling decision-makers, booking meetings, managing outreach lists, and helping build pipeline.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound calls, emails, and prospecting activity
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Booking meetings with decision-makers
- Researching target accounts and contacts
- Managing prospect lists and CRM activity
- Working with the team to improve messaging, scripts, and outreach strategy
- Supporting client campaigns and revenue-growth initiatives
- Bringing energy, urgency, and a winning mindset every day
