What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in retail locations and create interest in Trimlight products
- Proactively approach shoppers and initiate conversations
- Educate customers on Trimlight's features, benefits, and year-round applications
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right lighting solutions
- Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities
- Accurately capture customer information and follow up on opportunities
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching customers
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing experience is a plus
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by uncapped earning potential
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working at retail locations throughout the market
- $60K–$85K Target Earnings
- Base Pay Uncapped Commission
