Key Responsibilities
- Prospect residential neighborhoods where fiber service is available
- Engage homeowners and educate them on fiber internet benefits
- Generate new customer enrollments through face-to-face interaction
- Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
- Track activity and sales using company tools
- Represent a nationally recognized internet provider
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Base Salary Uncapped Commission
- Expected first-year earnings: $65k – $100k
- Monthly Expense Allowance for Reps and Team Lead
